HeySugarDaddy has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any form of modern slavery. We are committed to ensuring our platform is never used to facilitate, promote, or enable the exploitation of any person.
Our Commitment
We comply fully with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Sexual Offences Act 2003, and all applicable UK and Irish legislation concerning human trafficking and exploitation. Every member of our team undergoes training to recognise and report signs of trafficking or coercion.
Zero Tolerance on Our Platform
Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating commercial sexual services or escort work.
Recruiting, harbouring, transporting, or controlling another person for exploitation.
Creating or sharing content that depicts, promotes, or normalises trafficking or coercion.
Any contact with, or content involving, persons under the age of 18.
Identity Verification
All Sugar Daddies are required to complete government-issued ID verification before gaining full platform access. Our moderation team reviews accounts and flags suspicious patterns of behaviour. Profiles that show signs of trafficking, coercion, or exploitation are immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
Recognising the Signs
Signs that someone may be a victim of trafficking or exploitation include:
- A third party controlling their communications or account activity.
- Inconsistent or scripted responses that do not feel personal.
- Requests for money transfers, gift cards, or cryptocurrency.
- Signs of distress, fear, or being unable to speak freely.
- Multiple accounts operating from the same device or location.
How to Report
If you encounter activity that you believe involves trafficking, coercion, or exploitation — on our platform or elsewhere — please report it immediately.

Enforcement
Any account found to be involved in human trafficking or sexual exploitation will be permanently banned without notice. We will preserve all relevant data and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, including providing user records in response to lawful requests. We will also proactively report credible evidence of trafficking to the National Crime Agency and local police forces.
