1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HeySugarDaddy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@heysugardaddy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for solicitation of illegal services
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity or age
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Distribute unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Share content involving minors in any sexual context

5. Token Policy

Tokens are a virtual currency and have no cash value once purchased by a Daddy. Unused tokens are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Token values and pricing may change with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any conduct we deem harmful to the community.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, interactions with other members, or any content posted by users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email of material changes.
